I can not say enough good words about Kathy! She is the best real estate agent we have worked with. We have bought, sold and built multiple houses and she was the most professional agent. From the first time getting together to list our house for sale to the very end of selling it Kathy was amazing. She is very knowledgeable of the market and what your house is worth and very honest and upfront about what you should list it for. She is always peppy, friendly, kind and even a babysitter when we would look at houses. Our boys love her as much as we do.
